Mr. Satish Aggarwal, having vast experience in the fields of taxation, audit and advisory services, founded the firm. He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under the Membership Number 82430 and Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretary of India. Mr. Satish Aggarwal has been a regular speaker at various seminars organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, trade and industry. He has been a convener of study group on FEMA and NRI’s related issues of the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was member of the research Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the financial year 2008-09. The Research Committee of the Institute is responsible for issuing guidance notes on various issues on reporting of financial results and is binding on the entities presenting their financial accounts. He has been representing before the tax authorities till the ITAT level regularly and a number of fellow professionals seek the firm’s services for tax related matters. He has been a special invitee to the fiscal laws committee of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Dharender Kumar joined the firm as a partner. He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under the Membership Number 88461. Mr. Kumar has been in the organization for the past 28 years and is specializing in audit and company law related matters.

Mrs Divya H Aggarwal has joined the firm as a partner w.e.f. 1’st May, 2017. She was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 2012 under Membership Number 525881 and has post qualification experience of 5+ years. She completed B.com (Hons) from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University. She is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She specializes in Audit, Company Law related matters and GST. She has worked in statutory audit profile for approx. 5 years with the Big Four CA Firms, viz, KPMG and EY. As an auditor, she has serviced multiple industries; opportunity of working with multinationals and large Indian corporations; and working with clients from strategy to execution.
